The limited flexibility in my back and legs is shocking, especially to my sister who has always been able to, with ease, touch her toes without bending her knees whilst I can just touch my knees at the best of times!

So awesome. I don't know if this is for men or not but I am a newly active runner and don't often stretch as much as I should for the 75+ miles I do in a month back and for to and from work. I found your ten minute stretches for breaks at work and then this one for after work, I'm no good at stretching and find it difficult to do because I get bored but this feels perfect for me. It's been amazing so far and want to thank you for the detailed and audible timer and your vocal guide that makes this so much easier to follow along. Thanks again.
