I have Sleep Issues, cuz After Working, Mostly I spend my time to resting. No have much time for Exercise or Workout. But, When I follow this video at the first day it give me impact. Pain on my Back and My shoulders its clearly disappear. And I've been sleep well. Thank You.

After doing this I felt really good in my hips, thighs and lower back. Pamela's commentary is so useful, I'm not very bendy, so being told where I should be feeling the stretch lets me know I'm doing it right for my body.

THANK YOU!! was so sore and stiff from my riding lesson yesterday so this was really amazing! i was unable to do some of the moves due to my knee laxity (dislocates easily) but this was also so easy to modify so that's a big plus! <3

i wasn’t flexible at all and it was the first time i do stretching my entire life...
i’m being really flexible and i do every single workout without any trouble...
