make sure to change resistance band level every month or two to keep growing muscle

LOVED THIS ONE! It's low impact so I can do everything with a couple small modifications - this is great for people with limited mobility - no jumping or running :) And it was tough, my booty is feelin' the BURN!

Any recommendations for bands that don't roll? I have 3 different bands (light to heavy), but they all seem to roll in the middle of my workout, which is quite annoying. Thanks for any brand suggestions.

So I’ve been doing your 20 minute mini band but and thigh workout for One week and I challenge myself because I continue doing it as long as it is still hard then I go to your 30 minute workout until that becomes easy but it usually takes me about a week to move onto the next video is that OK that I’m doing the same video every morning and night for a week? It’s definitely burning

Oh my, I am an Insanity and P90X workout person and during this workout, for the first time, I truly felt the burn in my glutes. I took a few 5 seconds breaks, but I got back into it. I will be doing this on my Mondays - glutes day until I master it. Great Workout, I felt the BURN. NOTE: I would subscribe, but YouTube fill my email inbox with soooo much stuff that I don't subscribe to anything anymore.

Having a hard time keeping my bands from curling up doing the floor kick back glutes. No matter how many times I adjust them, they won't stay flat when I extend. The bands end up hurting me. Any suggestions?
