Hip thrusts, bridges, and similar exercises hurt my knee. Feels like the ligament there is too tight or something, i am not sure. It’s not the good kind of burn though, any suggestions? anyone know what this is or have similar issues?

LOVED THIS ONE! It's low impact so I can do everything with a couple small modifications - this is great for people with limited mobility - no jumping or running :) And it was tough, my booty is feelin' the BURN!
